We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date for most items that remain in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Products that show any signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be accepted for return. To begin the return process, customers must complete our online return request form available through our website. This generates a return authorization number and provides specific instructions for packaging and shipping your return.
We offer complimentary return shipping labels for customers in the continental United States. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. All returns must be shipped using a trackable method, and we recommend insuring your package for its full value. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Upon receipt at our returns center, items undergo a quality inspection to verify they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection completion. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply to returns that don’t meet our conditions. For exchanges, we process these requests within 48 hours of approving the return inspection.
