This is a beautiful 1970s dress with sheer floral chiffon layered over orange. There is no tag inside, and the dress looks to be handmade. There are few loose threads and fraying on the chiffon. It also has a matching long scarf. Overall, the dress is still in very great shape.
The material is synthetic and is most likely nylon and/or polyester.
