From the Wookieepedia: Klaatu was one of several Kadas’sa’Nikto who served Jabba the Hutt. He was Barada’s main assistant, in charge of repairing the skiffs.
This figure is in near mint condition with only very minor paint chipping on boots. He has his Original Loin Cloth though there is some separation on the back side and Original Factory Correct Vibroaxe. If I were to grade him I’d give him an 8.8 to 8.9
