This is a suede ranch coat from SCHOTT. I purchased it new about 4 years ago for around 90,000 yen. Since I’ve taken care of it, I don’t think it shows much wear.
It’s a limited model from Ueno Shokai, and it’s a size 38 (M size), which is just right for Japanese men. It fits perfectly for someone who is 173 cm and weighs 67 kg.
