-bought in Japan
-fits up to 22.2 mm handle bars
-instructions in Japanese

NWT:
-never used, just very long & bad storage
-very bent & crushed from storage; lots of bends, folds & creases that are very noticeable & all over
-has lots of rips, tears & holes in the packaging especially in the paper parts
-the back is especially pretty bad & beat up
-plastic packaging has lots of scratches, scuffs, marks
-very dusty & dirty; has dirty marks & stains from storage
-inside can’t check condition but pretty dusty & dirty from storage; may have marks, scratches, scuffs, etc
-may have other imperfections/flaws
